Delivery is arranged to any country through proven freight forwarders. We handle the entire logistics chain and guarantee the equipment arrives intact.

Stock availability and manufacturing lead times

Models producing up to 500 kg of steam per hour are frequently available for immediate dispatch from stock.

Units above 0.5 t/h (500 kg/h) are built to order. Manufacturing takes up to 50 working days depending on complexity and output.

Lifetime warranty and durability

We are confident enough in the quality of our materials and the accuracy of our engineering calculations to provide a lifetime warranty on the steam boiler drum — the key component that carries the highest load. This is our commitment to you and confirmation of the highest standard of reliability.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship of the main assemblies (drum, headers, tube systems).
  • Failures attributable to the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover cases arising from

  • Breaches of the installation, commissioning, operating or maintenance instructions.
  • Use of off-specification fuel or of water that has not been properly treated.
  • Mechanical damage, emergency events or normal wear of consumable parts.

Design service life of Boilte steam boilers and steam generators, with the maintenance schedule observed, is up to 20 years, depending on model and operating conditions. The exact figure is stated on the series page.
