Boilte Magma is an industrial three-pass boiler on thermal oil, designed to overcome the temperature barrier of water vapor. Magma heats liquid organic heat carrier up to 300°C at a working pressure in the system not exceeding 10 bar, which is significantly safer and more economical than high-pressure steam systems (where at 300°C a pressure above 86 bar would be required).

Three-pass coaxial burner with double coil:
- ›Forced circulation – powerful pumps with frequency converters maintain optimal oil flow rate through the coil, eliminating local overheating and thermal cracking of the heat carrier
- ›Sealed circuit – a completely closed system with an expansion tank filled with inert gas (nitrogen) eliminates contact of the oil with oxygen and its oxidation
- ›Protection of thermal oil – precise flow rate control using sensors and adjustable pumps prevents stagnation and overheating. Multi-point temperature measurement at the inlet, outlet, and critical points of the coil in real-time transmits data to the controller. Emergency cooling circuits automatically activate backup cooling to dissipate residual heat and prevent oil coking in case of power failure or pump shutdown
- ›Hydrodynamic modeling of each circuit guarantees the absence of stagnant zones – the main cause of oil degradation.
Service & warranty
The Magma boilers come with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the coil heat exchanger, provided that the installation, operation, and operating modes are followed. The actual service life under proper operation exceeds 15–20 years.
Each boiler is accompanied by a complete set of technical documentation: passport, installation and operation manual, non-destructive testing reports, hydraulic testing reports, compliance certificates.

Why is a thermal oil boiler safer than a steam boiler at 300°C?
A steam boiler at 300°C generates pressure above 86 bar – this is a high-risk level that requires licenses, special personnel certification, expensive insurance, and regular inspections. The Magma thermal oil boiler operates at similar temperatures with a pressure of less than 10 bar.
What is the economic efficiency compared to steam?
Heat losses in the steam system amount to 15–20% due to the latent heat of vaporization and blowdowns. In the thermal oil system, it is only 3–5%. Energy efficiency is higher by 15–25%.
