Compliance and certification are available by project and destination market. The main routes are: EU — PED 2014/68/EU with EN 12953 / EN 12952; USA and international ASME projects — ASME BPVC; UK — Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016; EAEU — the applicable TR CU / EAC scheme; other markets — project-specific certification. Your engineer confirms the applicable route when the commercial proposal is prepared.

We keep extending and updating the certificate portfolio, confirming the quality and compliance class of our products. Copies of the valid documents and approvals for a specific model are attached to the quotation by our engineer — on request we also issue them as a separate package.
What ships with the boiler

Product passport
Design parameters, materials used, acceptance history and QC signatures for every assembly stage.
- 02
Operating manual
Installation, start-up, operating modes, the service schedule and a list of typical faults with the steps to follow.
- 03
Certificates of conformity
Documents for the product and for the quality management system, in the version valid on the shipment date.
- 04
Material certificates
Documents for every steel batch and for bought-in components: burners, control systems and valves.
- 05
Test reports
Hydraulic tests at 1.5 × working pressure and non-destructive testing of critical welds — a report for every weld.
- 06
Package for the authorities
Documents for approval by the notified body and local supervisory authorities; for marine boilers, for the classification society.
