[ Production in detail ]

An industrial boiler is a complex engineered structure whose efficiency and working life depend directly on the quality of installation and on how competently it is operated. A perfect design can be produced, the best materials specified and inspection standards tightened, yet without trained personnel on site those advantages risk never being realised.

This is precisely why Boilte treats training not as an optional extra but as an inseparable part of its philosophy of responsibility towards the customer. We want you to do more than buy a boiler: we want you to realise in full the potential our engineers designed into it.

Why training matters: an investment in the reliability of your plant

Any equipment lasts longer and performs better when the people who install, commission and operate it understand its construction in detail. A superficial reading of the manual often leads to mistakes that translate into downtime and unplanned repairs.

Do you want to know everything about the construction and the operating characteristics of your boilers? Boilte does more than encourage that ambition in its customers—we have built a complete infrastructure to support it.

Our training programmes address specific business objectives:

Lower risk
Trained personnel eliminate installation and operating errors.
Longer service life
Correct operation directly extends the working life of the equipment.
Stronger sales
Dealers who understand the technical detail sell with more confidence and greater effect.
Customer certainty
You know exactly what you are receiving and how to use it.

Training formats: choose whichever suits you

We understand that every company works to its own rhythm and has its own scope for sending staff away on courses. We have therefore developed two complete training formats which are equal in content but allow you to choose the most convenient way of acquiring the knowledge.

Classroom training at the Boilte factory training centre

For those who value full immersion in the manufacturing environment and direct contact with our design engineers, we have opened the doors of the training centre on the factory site. It is not simply a room with desks but a proper space for professional development.

Modern facilities for effective learning:

Two functional areas
The centre is divided into a teaching room for the course itself and a conference room for discussing projects and sharing experience. This makes it comfortable to run both lectures and round-table discussions.
Interactive presentation equipment
We have dispensed with dry figures and dull papers. Modern visualisation tools allow the material to be delivered in vivid, memorable blocks. Complex technical principles become visible and easy to grasp.
Manageable group sizes
We form groups of up to 30 people. That is the ideal number for the instructor to give attention to every participant's questions while the atmosphere stays businesslike rather than crowded.

The classroom programme is structured so that theory is immediately reinforced by practice.

The production tour: see the quality with your own eyes

Every classroom seminar culminates in a tour of the Boilte production areas. This is no idle stroll through the workshops. The route and the technical specialist's commentary are carefully planned to open up and deepen the subject covered in the classroom.

You will see:

The metal processing lines
How the material is prepared and how its quality is verified on arrival.
Welding stations and CNC machines
How the joints on which safety depends are created. We will show you how welds are inspected.
The assembly line and inspection points
How the finished boiler is assembled and which stages of testing it passes through before dispatch.

The tour allows you to build a complete picture, from the drawing to the finished product. You do not simply hear about quality—you see it, you touch it and you understand how it is achieved.

Online training: knowledge without borders

We live in a world in which time and distance matter. For specialists who cannot travel to the factory but need a thorough knowledge of the equipment, we offer a complete training course delivered by video conferencing.

Online sessions: the most you can get from remote learning

We run our sessions over video conferencing, and in terms of content they lose nothing against the classroom format. More than that, modern technology allows us to be beside you wherever you happen to be.

What you get from remote training:

A live feed from the workshop
We do not merely show a presentation. We connect a camera and show the production process in real time. You see the same machines, the same welds and the same test rigs as the participants who attend in person.
A detailed review of installation and operation
Our engineer works through both routine and difficult situations in detail, answers questions and demonstrates individual assemblies and units.
Genuine interaction
You are not a passive viewer. You can ask questions at any point, clarify details and ask for a close-up view of any particular assembly.

The remote format is ideal for specialists working far from our factory, for installation crews already on site and for everyone who values their time.

Who will benefit from Boilte training?

Our programmes are designed for a wide range of specialists whose work involves boiler plant:

Staff of installation contractors
Learn the finer points of assembly so that the work is done faster and to a higher standard.
Operations and maintenance specialists
Learn to identify potential problems before they lead to a shutdown.
Engineers and designers at consultancies and design institutes
Learn how the equipment behaves so that you can build the best solutions into your projects.
Our dealers and partners
Gain a competitive advantage. A thorough knowledge of the range and of how each unit works allows you to promote the products more actively, identify customer needs and, as a result, increase both sales and income.

On completion: confirmation of competence

We value your time and your commitment to professional development. Every participant who successfully completes the course, whether in the classroom or online, receives an official certificate confirming that the training was completed at the Boilte factory. The document confirms the specialist's competence and gives you additional arguments to put to your own customers and management.

How to book a place

We run technical seminars and courses regularly. To join the next programme, or to arrange corporate training for your company, contact our coordinators.

  • Send a request through the website or by telephone, stating the format you prefer (classroom or online) and the number of participants.
  • Agree the dates with our manager. We do our best to work around our customers' schedules.
  • Complete the course and gain practical skills that will start paying for themselves from the first day back at work.

Boilte is more than a manufacturer. We are your partner in developing professional competence—so that you get the very most from your equipment.
