Industrial boiler plant is a complex engineering system, and the stability of an entire production line depends on it running without interruption. Buying a boiler is only the first step. Real reliability begins where the installation ends and professional care of the equipment starts. That is precisely why we have built a complete service support system that protects your investment throughout the whole service life of the plant.

Unsure about your choice and wary of mistakes at start-up? That is the right instinct

You are about to buy a hot-water boiler or a steam generator, but you are not entirely certain that the choice is the right one? You have concerns about start-up, commissioning and long-term operation? That is an entirely sound position to take, because boiler plant does not forgive amateurism.

Any error at the selection, installation or commissioning stage can translate into serious financial losses, emergency shutdowns and expensive repairs later on. This is why we strongly recommend that our clients do not economise on professional support and entrust servicing only to those who created the equipment in the first place: the design engineers at Boilte.

Only the designer knows everything about a boiler: the safety margins built into it, its critical points, the operating requirements and the fine details of the settings that add decades to its service life.

What is included in the Boilte technical maintenance package?

Our service programme is structured to cover every need you may have, from the first consultation through to many years of failure-free operation.

Professional service at every stage of the boiler life cycle

We do not offer isolated one-off jobs but a genuine partnership, one that begins long before the equipment is purchased and does not end when the warranty period runs out.

Consultancy and equipment selection

Sound selection accounts for half of the reliability you will see later. Our engineers will help you define the optimum boiler parameters for your duty:

  • Calculation of the required output and steam or heat capacity.
  • Analysis of the fuels available on your site and the matching burner selection.
  • Allowance for the specific features of your process.
  • Preparation of a technical and commercial proposal with transparent pricing and delivery times.

Turnkey installation and commissioning

Mistakes made during installation cancel out every advantage that quality equipment offers. We carry out the full scope of work:

  • Delivery of the equipment to your site.
  • Qualified installation in strict accordance with EN 12952 and EN 12953.
  • Connection to the site utilities and services.
  • Commissioning and bringing the plant up to its normal operating regime.
  • Preparation of the complete documentation for the notified body and local authorities in line with PED 2014/68/EU.

Training for your own personnel

Even the most reliable equipment can be put out of action by the human factor. To prevent that, we provide operator training for your staff:

  • Rules of safe operation.
  • The particular characteristics of your specific boiler model.
  • Procedures to follow in abnormal and emergency situations.
  • Basic diagnostics and maintenance skills.

Advice on water quality and the choice of fuels and lubricants

Water treatment and fuel quality are factors that directly determine the service life of a boiler. Our specialists provide detailed recommendations on:

  • Requirements for feedwater chemistry.
  • Selection of water treatment systems.
  • Guidance on the fuels and lubricants best suited to your particular model.

Regular planned maintenance is an investment in long service life

Many clients mistakenly assume that if equipment is running without visible faults, there is no reason to interfere with it. That is a dangerous misconception. Periodic planned maintenance and diagnostics have to be carried out on a regular basis, even when operation appears entirely normal from the outside.

Why this is critically important:

Early detection of defects
Diagnostics allow an emerging problem to be identified at the earliest possible stage, when putting it right costs the least.
Prevention of failures
Operating equipment with an unresolved defect is not only hazardous for your personnel, it also leads to rapid deterioration of assemblies and components.
Preservation of service life
Timely adjustment and cleaning maintain the rated efficiency and extend the service life of the boiler.
Economic benefit
The cost of routine maintenance is always several times lower than a major overhaul or the replacement of equipment that has already failed.

Bear in mind that repairing a fault you have allowed to develop will cost you tens of times more than preventing it.
