ECOEconomizer for hot water boilers Boilte ECO

Boilte ECO – an economizer for hot water boiler houses and district heating
Boilte ECO is a heat exchanger for hot water boilers that preheats return network water with flue gas heat. The lower the return temperature, the deeper the gases are cooled and the more heat goes back into the circuit — which is why the economizer performs best in systems with a wide design temperature difference and during shoulder seasons.
The range covers boilers with a heat output from 1,000 to 20,000 kW across 23 sizes. The economizer is supplied as a separate unit and tied into the flue gas duct, so it can also be added to an existing boiler house during a scheduled shutdown.

Why choose ECO
2–3% efficiency gain
Exhaust gas heat goes back into the network water instead of the stack.
23 sizes
For boilers with a heat output from 1,000 to 20,000 kW.
Retrofit friendly
Tied into the flue gas duct during a scheduled boiler house shutdown.
Lifetime warranty
On Boilte economizers, subject to correct operation.
Fits any boiler
Works with boilers from other manufacturers once the piping is calculated.
Ready for installation
Supplied factory-assembled, lead time from 24 days.
Serial model
parameters
For non-standard requirements, custom builds to the customer's drawings are available.
*Lifetime warranty applies during the declared design service life of the boiler and is subject to BOILTE Warranty Terms.

Frequently asked
How does ECO differ from the Boost economizer?
ECO is designed for hot water boilers and preheats network water, with sizes given in kilowatts. Boost works with steam boilers and preheats feed water, with sizes given in kilograms of steam per hour.
When does an economizer save the most?
With a low return water temperature and continuous boiler operation. The colder the return, the deeper the flue gases are cooled and the more heat returns to the system.
Can ECO be installed on an operating boiler house?
Yes, the economizer is tied into the flue gas duct during a scheduled shutdown. An engineer will calculate the piping and the draught resistance of the duct.
What is the warranty on the economizer?
A lifetime warranty, subject to correct operation and water chemistry.
