Boilte Echo is a steam waste heat boiler that converts waste heat from exhaust gases (from 250°C to 600°C) into high-quality steam for technological needs, heating, or electricity generation. Heat sources can include gas piston and gas turbine units, diesel generators, technological furnaces, reactors, calcining furnaces, and other equipment that emits hot gases.

The Echo steam waste heat boilers come with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the main heat exchanger, provided installation and operation rules are followed. The estimated service life is over 15 years of uninterrupted operation.
Each boiler is accompanied by a complete set of technical documentation: passport, installation and operation manual, non-destructive testing protocols, hydraulic testing protocols, conformity documentation for the target market, a digital model of the boiler in STEP format for integration into the master plan, and an interactive map of welds linked to non-destructive testing protocols.

The average payback period is from 8 to 24 months depending on the operating mode of the gas source installation and energy carrier tariffs. Echo allows for the replacement of steam from the main boiler with virtually free steam.
Can Echo be used with dusty or aggressive gases?
Yes, Echo is designed individually for your gas stream. A gas impulse cleaning system (GICS) is provided for operation with dusty gases. In areas of potential corrosion with high sulfur (SO₂) or chlorine content, alloyed and stainless steels are used.
What warranty is provided?

Is a separate permit required for the installation of the waste heat boiler?
The waste heat boiler is part of your existing installation. Our engineers prepare the documentation required for local approvals. The exact requirements depend on the parameters (pressure, temperature, volume) and local legislation.
