Boilte Mira X – high-capacity industrial water-tube steam boiler
Boilte Mira X is an industrial water-tube drum steam boiler designed for long-term uninterrupted operation in industrial CHPs, large boiler houses, oil refineries and petrochemical plants, metallurgical complexes, and pulp and paper industries. The equipment is intended for generating saturated and superheated steam of high parameters, used for driving turbines, technological needs, heating, and hot water supply.
The Mira X boiler is designed to operate over the widest range of loads – from base load to peak loads. The steam production range is from 25,000 to 220,000 kg of steam per hour, operating pressure up to 45 bar, superheated steam temperature up to 450°C. These parameters allow Mira X to be used as the main source of steam in enterprises with continuous cycles, as well as a backup or peak source in CHPs.
A key feature of Mira X is the block delivery with high factory readiness. Depending on the capacity, the boiler is delivered in 2 to 8 blocks, fully welded and inspected at the factory. This significantly improves assembly quality (all critical connections are made in the shop, not on the installation site), reduces installation time and costs, and simplifies logistics – blocks can be transported by any means (road, rail, sea) without special permits.

Service & warranty
The Mira X boilers are covered by a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer on the heat exchanger and main load-bearing elements (drum, collectors, screen tubes) provided that the installation, operation, and water-chemical regime rules are followed. The calculated service life is over 20 years.
Each boiler comes with a complete set of technical documentation: passport, installation and operation manual, non-destructive testing protocols (UT, radiography), hydraulic testing protocols, and conformity documentation for PED, EN, ASME, or other applicable standards.

What is the actual efficiency of the Mira X boiler on fuel oil?
On fuel oil, the efficiency is 2–3% lower than on gas – up to 87–92% depending on the type of nozzles and mode. A GIO system is installed upon request to maintain the cleanliness of heating surfaces.
What warranty is provided?

Is it possible to supply the boiler disassembled for remote regions?
Yes, the Mira X is specifically designed for modular transportation. The modules have weight and dimensions that allow them to be transported by road, rail, and sea without special permits.
